T 3.1 Literature Review: Rules
!!! We cannot use the Citavi Word PlugIn !!! We need to use the Citavi Assistant. Install the Citavi assistant.
If you want to be responsible for a title, let the others now:
- Groups Move it from "Unstarted" to "In Progress"
- Tasks Add a task for yourself so that everyone knows it is you who is working on it.
Groups: Unstarted / In Progress / Completed
Open the tab "Groups" and simply drag and drop a title.
or
Double-click on "Groups" in the Title Overview and select the appropriate group. (In this case, you need to deselect the previous group.)
Tasks: Set Task
Add a task by scrolling over "Tasks" in the Title Overview.
You can have your own categories. B
Do NOT drag & drop titles from one category to another since it will delete the previous category.
Instead, add additional categories in the Title Overview tab.
Adding categories to your knowledge items will make finding and inserting them in Word easier.
To make our collaboration most efficient, put direct quotes or summarised thoughts in the correct section in Word.
Don't spend too much time on phrasing your thoughts. The HÉTFA team will create the final text.
Add a Citavi reference to EACH paragraph you add in Word !!! Remember, the HÉTFA team will create the final text. They need to be able to look up a reference quickly in case they don't understand your notes.
