Log Your Work Hours

make sure you are in the correct workspace don't forget we need to log the time we spend on the different tasks (e g t 3 1 — literacy review) in our work packages there are three way to log your time pomodoro time tracker use the (pomodoro) time tracker to track your hours in real time it is the most convenient way since you don't have to edit your entry afterwards just add the subtask name from hive for consistency, select work package and task and click on start of course, you need to click on stop when you are done ; ) time sheet if you forgot to start the timer or prefer to log your time on a weekly basis, follow the description below go to "time sheet" click "task @work package" — select work package — open task list — select task log your time — insert the time you worked on the specific task you need to type in — 055 for 0 55 = 55 minutes — 120 for 1 20 = 1 hour and 20 minutes — open the menu — edit the entry (time + description) clockify will automatically log your entry starting at 9 am please correct the time if necessary if possible, add the title of the "subtask in hive" in the description field for consistency calendar entries you can also connect your google or outlook calendar to easily turn your calendar entries into logged time click here to see clockify's privacy policy
